Employees may want to know if their leader is open to growth and leadership development from within the company or if there is no chance of advancement or pay increase. Having trust and confidence in your leader facilitates a more cohesive work environment and positive momentum toward achieving company goals.

And since it is really employees, people, who make up an organization, those principles affect every person in an organization on some level.
