Set in a lovingly restored century-old grand river house overlooking the Tweed River, it’s no surprise Tweed River House was awarded a Chef Hat. The restaurant oozes old-world glamour and elegance, with owner Gregory greeting diners at the door, deservedly proud of the beautiful space he’s created. I recommend booking to secure a spot on the river terrace to take in views of Wollumbin (Mt Warning) while enjoying an incredible long lunch. Honestly, the food here is nothing short of spectacular.
